Blended
Learning mode: Digital school has adopted the blended
learning mode. This method is a mixture of traditional learning
and Computer based learning. Blended learning combines
e-learning tools with traditional classroom training to ensure
maximum effectiveness. Students can prepare for, consolidate and
recall classroom experiences online, while gaining the benefits
of interaction
with teachers and students via an actual classroom.

Low cost infrastructure
A low cost and low power consumption computer infrastructure would be implemented in Digital Schools. In this technology a single PC would be shared among 12 users with each user getting independent console to work on the system. This will therefore reduce power consumption considerably. This also reduces the hardware requirement, which helps in reducing setup cost of a computer lab.
