Examination and Evaluation Pattern

OnCeT Feb 08 Regular Event VIII, comprises of three phases namely Phase One, Phase Two and Final Examination.

Phase One

Examination Location – ATC

 

In Phase One, the Authorized Training Centers will be provided with LAN LMS CD. It contains eContent in English based on the New Syllabus, Interactive sessions, Practice Tests and Interim Performance Tests. Faculty should go through the eContent, and then can solve some practice test on that topic. Once the faculty has got enough practice, s/he can attempt the topic wise Interim Performance Tests.

 

eContent and Interim Performance Tests are available on the following topics :

1.       Windows Vista

2.       MS Word 2007

3.       MS Excel 2007

4.       MS Power Point 2007

5.       MS Access 2007

6.       MS Outlook 2007

 

Following is examination pattern for OnCeT Phase One.

  • Total 6 Interim Performance Tests are to be solved by OnCeT Faculty.
  • Type of Test - Objective
  • Mode of examination – Faculties can appear for the Interim Performance Tests offline by accessing the LMS installed in the LAN. Once the test is given, the test data can be uploaded to SOLAR.
  • Interim Performance Test Details are as follows.
    • Maximum No. of Questions         : 30
    • Maximum Marks                        : 30
    • Passing Marks                          : 15
    • Duration                                    : 30 minutes
    • No. of Attempts per Test : 02  
    • Best of the Attempts will be considered for result processing.
  • Faculties who have passed in all Interim Performance Tests are eligible for Phase Two of OnCeT

Phase Two

Examination Location – LLC Location

 

In OnCeT Phase Two, those faculties who have successfully cleared Phase One will have to solve the Integral Assignment based test. Faculties passed in Phase Two are eligible for Final Examination.

Phase Three: - Final Examination

Examination Location – RLC Location

 

Final Supervised Comprehensive Examination will be conducted at RLC location under the supervision of MKCL representative. Faculties passed in Final Examination will be awarded OnCeT Certificate.
