TOI Article - MKCL not Blacklisted

In response to TOI’s article on February 17 titled ‘MKCL’s failure to provide marks-sheets to 2 lakh students’, the company in a statement to TOI has stated that till date neither the Maharashtra government nor any other state or their agencies had ever blacklisted it.

Responding to the Nagpur University officials’ charge in the same news that it refused to provide printed mark sheets to the students, MKCL said as per the terms of agreement with NU, those were made available on the portal, which students needed to download. “MKCL was not responsible for printing the statement of marks (marksheets). It was the NU’s responsibility,” MKCL company secretary Komal Chaubal said in a statement to TOI.
