We invite applications for the position of District Coordinator (Full-Time) from MBA graduates. Candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may be given preference.
Work Location
Indore, Jabalpur, and Bhopal
Preference may be given to eligible candidates who are residents of or have strong local familiarity with the assigned district.
Work Mode
Hybrid Work Mode: The role will follow a hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of field/office-based work and remote work, depending on operational and business requirements. Regular travel within the assigned district will be required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & ALC Management
- Identify potential Authorized Learning Centres (ALCs) and drive their registration and onboarding.
- Facilitate renewal of existing ALCs and support expansion of the ALC network in the assigned district/region.
- Coordinate with concerned Program Teams and provide ongoing support to assigned ALCs.
- ALC Performance & Learner Progress
- Monitor ALC performance, learner progress, marks, examinations and timely course completion.
- Support ALCs in improving academic performance and address identified quality gaps through appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of learner data and relevant ALC records.
- Training, Quality & Academic Support
- Keep ALCs updated on ERA/LMS, learning content, academic calendars, examinations and other program-related developments.
- Facilitate training, continuous assessments and review meetings for Learning Facilitators (LFs) and ALCs.
- Conduct surveys and learner feedback sessions and collect testimonials to improve course delivery and learner experience.
- Operations & Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide operational, managerial, technical and coordination support to ALCs for smooth implementation of courses.
- Coordinate district/region-level meetings and maintain effective communication among ALCs, Program Teams and other stakeholders.
- Engage with high-performing/beta ALCs for pilots, initiatives and dissemination of good practices.
- Implementation & Compliance
- Oversee effective implementation of assigned courses/programs across the district/region in accordance with prescribed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to applicable MKCL policies, processes, norms and guidelines.
Requisite Skills / Technologies
- Effective Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate course benefits and engage effectively with students. - Proficiency in MS Office:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation, reporting, and presentations. - Google Workspace Expertise:
Familiarity with Google Forms, Docs, Sheets, and Drive for efficient documentation, collaboration, and data collection. - Digital Content Creation:
Basic skills in creating promotional content for digital outreach and social media campaigns.
Selection Criteria
- The candidate must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh and preferably reside in the specific district for which s/he is applying.
- The candidate must be below 30 years of age as on October 01, 2026.
Qualification/s
- Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/stream from a recognized university in India.
- Post-Graduation: MBA from a recognized University in India. Only candidates who have completed their MBA in the year 2023 or later are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have completed their MBA before 2023 will not be eligible.
- Preference may be given to candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience.
Selection Process
Stage I: Technical Hands-on Assessment
Candidates will undergo a Technical Hands-on Assessment to evaluate their practical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The minimum qualifying mark for the Technical Hands-on Assessment is 50%.
Stage II: Personal Interview
Only candidates who secure at least 50% marks in the Technical Hands-on Assessment will be invited for a Personal Interview before a selection panel. Each panel member will independently assess and evaluate the candidate’s performance during the interview.
Final Selection
The final selection of candidates will be based on the combined marks obtained in the Technical Hands-on Assessment and the Personal Interview.

* Year-wise compensation progression is subject to satisfactory completion of the respective 12-month period, achievement of a performance rating of ‘Very Good’ or above, and compliance with applicable MKCL norms and policies.
- Reimbursement of mobile and internet expenses up to ₹500 per month.
- Reimbursement of Local Travel based on fulfillment of conditions as specified by MKCL from time to time.
