A rigorous hands-on practice in above mentioned skills is of utmost importance as it increases the employability and self-employability of youth, helps in obtaining decent and dignified entrepreneurial / freelancing occupation at home or in the neighbourhood or helps in smooth shift from homes to places with high formal employment potential and also helps in retention at formal workplace or continued success of one’s own enterprise. In spite of having good aptitude and reasonably sound native intelligence, many young individuals are deprived of either entry or continuity or rapid progression in employment or self-employment due to lack of above mentioned skills.
