Mr. Khalique Manyar is a very distinguished Software Architect. He presently is the General Manager, QMS, CMMI, ISMS and I-BDP.

In his 10years' career at MKCL, Mr. Khalique led thearchitecture, design and development of MKCL's Digital University Framework, Digital College Framework, Libreria (Library ManagementSystem), Human Resource Management System(HRMS), Accreditation and Online ExaminationSystem.

He is also serving as a Member of ProgramCoordination Team (MPCT) and as a Consortium Leader of Software Consortium at MKCL. Mr. Khalique is reputed for his expertise inestablishing and driving several new Initiatives, new Lines of Businesses and Conceptualization of new Software Frameworks. He is well appreciatedfor his capabilities to implement leading technologies, Project Management andteam development.

Mr. Khalique Manyar was born in the City of Pune.With a unique blend of qualifications inCommerce (B.Com) and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (C-DAC)Mr. Khalique has held an array of positions ranging from Commercial Officer, Internal Auditor,Project Manager and Program Coordinator, in his 22 years of experience in the IT and otherIndustries.

He has worked in Finance and Manufacturing sectors apart from Service Sector and Software Development.He was a Sr. Project Manager at India International Multiversity and Knowledge DivineInformation Tech. Pvt. Ltd. from the year 2002-2004 before he joined MKCL to start a new Software Framework Development for Digital University. During this period, he played a key role in architecting e-Governance System for Pimpri - Chinchwad Municipal Corporation(PCMC).

In his earlier assignments, he worked with Weikfield Neumonic Pvt. Ltd. and played a key rolein design and development of Software for ISP Billing, a completely Open Source project. Hewas also a part of the team of India's early age Multi-Channel Portal '' in the year 2000 and 2001. As a Consultant at e-Vyapar Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Khalique played a keyrole in development of Supply Chain Management System.
